I have a samsung behold phone, and my carrier is T-mobile. I have a Usb cable and i plugged it into my computer and it says that i have to install something. But what do i have to install? My brother's phone is just like this one, it is a Samsung eternity. And it works just fine when i plugged it into my computer, and he didn't install anything. But his phone carrier is At%26amp;t. But...what do i have to install?|||Hmmm ok try this idk if it'll work Go to menu%26gt;settings%26gt;phone settings%26gt;usb settings%26gt; and click on mass storage..that way it looks like an mp3 player and stuff. then when you connect a box should pop up...from there scroll down till u see view files in folder or something like that and click on it. It should open up a folder where you see the beholds memory stick. MAKE SURE YOU DON'T HAVE IT LOCKED AS IN U PUSHED THE LITTLE BUTTON ON THE SIDE. IT MUST BE ON THE UNLOCKED SCREEN FOR IT TO CONNECT. DCIM stands for photos if it's there but most likely it just says photos and music and things like that.. if theres not a folder like that you can create them. If this doesn't work then theres a cd that came with the behold called samsung pc studio and that works too if u install it|||You have to turn off the blue tooth and unlock the screen

|||go to menu, then settings, then phone settings, then usb settings then select ask on connection.
clear out of everything then plug in the USB. it should pop up on your pc. if not, go to my computer and select the proper driver.
always disconnect it from the safely remove hardware option on the bottem right hand of the screen on your pc. it looks like an green arrow
