How can you get the camera to take fast pictures on Samsung Pixon?

I want to be able to take pictures on my Samsung Pixon quickly, because when I do take pictures they come out blurry and not of what they should be. Please help:) Thankyoooou xx|||what is the fastest shutter speed you can use on your camera?
