How to set a recording as a ringtone on a samsung glyde?

I have the samsung glyde and I would like to set one of my recordings as my ringtone, but I don't know how. Help!|||um... try sending the recording to a friend ask them to send it back and save it as a ringtone it works with most newer phones|||actually, you can just send the sound to YOURSELF and it can work like that too. it's much easier
