I am using an at%26amp;t phone (samsung impression) but I'm using the phone with a tmobile sim card. The phone works fine besides the fact that i cant send or receive picture messages and my aim doesnt work. Does anyone know a way to get this working?|||I had the same problem, I found the solution on here and got the mms working. As for the aim, I think we need to have internet service. You have to create a new mms profile. Go to Messaging %26gt; Messaging Settings %26gt; Multimedia Message %26gt; MMS Profiles %26gt; Create. Then here is the info to enter:
Access Name: wap.voicestream.com
Auth Type: Secure
User ID:
Password:
Protocol: HTTP
Home URL: 216.155.174.84/servlets/mms
Proxy Address: 216.155.165.50:8080|||yes, you just need to call t-mobile customer service and they need to help you change some settings in your phone and provision it on our end to make your phone work. It is a pretty simple process and the rep should know what you are talking about. Sometimes you get an idiot rep though. If they say you cant do it just hang up and get someone who knows what they are talking about.
