How to make ringtones on the samsung reality?

I recently got the samsung reality and needs help making ringtones for it. Ok so i need to know how to make ringtones with your own songs and put them on your samsung reality. Before I had the LG rhythm ad made ringtones for it with ventones. I can not figure out how to make ringtones with this phone and need help please.|||just use a FREE site called Ventones

its the best of all the sites|||Save your tone on your computer.. open up your email account. Compose a new message and attach the picture you wish to send. Now, for the recipient’s email address, enter your 10-digit phone number followed by “@vzwpix.com”. Once the email comes in hit options and it you will see save as ringtone.
