How to change the language on a samsung gt b3410 mobile?

Hello, I have bought the samsung gt b3410 for my niece who is living in France and I can't change the language from English to French. I have gone to phone settings and it says: Vibration feedback and Caller information, but not languages. Can someone please help me? Thank you.|||pmt.gopalram@yahoo.com
