okay i called samsung for repair and i could not understand a word the girl was saying.


well anyways do i have to send them my camera in a box or do they sne me the box?


please explain the process...


and how long will it take because i need it before may 21st|||They want you to double pack the camera .. first place your camera in the original packaging the camera came in and then put that in second box with a lot of good packing around it.
